1- Our customers have the right to expect honesty and integrity from every employee of Brew Pack

2- Our customers have the right to a quick response to phone calls and faxes. Our customers have the right to the courtesy of promptly returned calls, as well as a confirmation of all faxes received. Our customers have the right be readily informed of the estimated time that it will take to reply to special orders.

3- Our Customers have the right to the opportunity to speak to an employee that is knowledgeable about the products that are offered. Our customers also have the right to be referred to an alternative source in the event that we can not provide an answer or product request.

4- Our Customers have the right to rely on us to make realistic promises, and to be able to have confidence that we will do everything in our power to see that our promises are kept. In the event that an employee of Brew Pack is unable to keep a promise for circumstances beyond our control, our customers have the right to a sincere apology and reasonable corrective action.

5- Our customers have the right to a written confirmation of all orders. Our customers also have the right to receive accurate invoices and accurate application of payments to each account. In the event that a mistake is made, our customer have the right to expect immediate corrective action.

6- Our customers have the right to be kept updated in a timely manner about anything that affects the status of their orders.

7- Our customers have the right to benefit from our experience. Our customers have the right to be offered products and services that will best serve their individual needs. Our customers have the right to be given suggestions that might improve their overall promotional or packaging experiences. Our customers have the right to our sincere efforts to promote mutual success.

8- Our customers have the right to expect Brew Pack to anticipate new and innovative products and make them available whenever reasonably possible.

9- Our customers have the right to depend on us to stand behind our products.

10- Our customers have the right to be treated with respect and appreciation. Our customers have the right to be called by name, and to know that every Brew Pack employee takes a personal interest in each customers individual needs. Each customer has the right to be greeted and spoken to in an upbeat, positive manner. Each customer deserves to know how much their business is valued.
